Nervous dogs get extra time and plenty of reassurance, and nothing is rushed. Owners have stayed in the room to help keep their dog calm, and that is fine by us.
Yes, you are welcome to stay if that helps your dog settle. Just mention it when you ring so we know to expect you.
We are on New Rd, St Hilary, Penzance TR20 9EA. Monday to Thursday and Saturday we are open 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and we are closed on Sunday.
